Making this thread as told in Previous Thread https://www.linuxliteos.com/forums/sound.../#msg62549
I Need to Install LL 6.6 In My Dual Boot System Replacing the LL 7.0 without destroying the Windows Partition.
I Used "Install Alongside Windows" Option to Install LL 7.0 Previously.
For Conveniance sake i have Detached All HDD Physically and now the System Only Has the SSD (500GB) which Houses both OS (Windows 10 and LL 7.0) the SSD is devided nearly in Half for Each OS.
i was told to run these 2 command and post result here..
1-lsblk
2-sudo fdisk -l
Here are the Results....
1-lsblk

Can't upgrade - PPA (team-xbmc) |

Ok, here's the situation.
Installed LL 7 on an old laptop, which I've been using for more or less 10 years, with various distros. But, when the install was finished, I removed the usb stick as required and clicked on the screen button, and then something went amok... Got error message scrolling down the screen, with no end, had to turn the laptop off, the keyboard wasn't responsive, nothing worked.
Reboot seemed ok, installed French language support, then tried to upgrade, but I keep getting this error message, and I can figure out what to do.

Unable to Mount External Hard Drive on LL 7.0 |

Hello,
I am trying to mount an external hard drive using the LL 7.0 version, but all I get is an error message. Earlier versions of LL seemed to work well when mounting the same hard drive. The hard drive shows up in the file menu, but it won't open.
Regards,
dheo

How to update from 3.6 to 7 |

Hello
I installed Linux Lite quite some time ago on a friend's computer - version 3.6 according to the system report.
No updates have been applied since and I have now been asked to sort out the problems she has been getting recently.
The Install Updates option on the Menu says the system is up to date, which it certainly is not.
I am quite happy with using the terminal and I could simply re-install version 7, but I wondered if there is a GUI method that I could explain to my friend?
Thanks for any suggestions.

Drive Full Login Loop |

Linux Lite loops back to a login screen after entering password, instead of finishing loading.
System Information
Linux Lite 5.4 (and older since at least 2019 https://www.linuxliteos.com/forums/start.../#msg48088)
HP Pavillion dv6
Expected Behavior
A. Booting to desktop with drive/partition/volume full error message.
B. Or, drive full error message (hopefully with options to remove files).
Actual Behavior
1. Asks for login.
2. Accepts login.
3. Loops back to login with no feedback or error.
Steps to reproduce
1. Fill drive up through use and updates.
2. Shut down computer.
3. Loop starts at next boot.
Related Feature Request
1. Notification/message that the drive is almost too full to boot/work.
2. The option to turn this notification off.
