ClamAV was recently updated to 103.2 (via Install Updates):

I use ClamAV only occasionally, with a wrapper Shell script based on the tutorial in the Help Manual. It fails in the first step:

I disabled the daemon because I do not want to further slow down the computer, and because it is never up long enough for the processes to finish. But the manual process used to work (downloaded the database no matter how far behind it was), although it took a long time to scan even small directories.

This might help someone. I have an old HP LaserJet 5000n printer with a by-pass tray (tray 1), A4 in tray 2 and A3 in tray 3. It has been working for donkeys' years with Linux Lite and Windows. However, come a LinuxLite 5 install the A3 option vanished when following the default printer install path (which loads as "HP LaserJet 5000 Series pcl3, hpcups 3.20.3")  . However, it does offer A3 if I choose "HP LaserJet 5000 - CUPS+Gutenprint v5.3.3" - which also gives more useful tray descriptions  .

Are y'all aware of this error?  A friend is getting it on their PC.  I disabled the update repository for Team Viewer and was able to successfully update my system.  I hope you get this fixed soon.  I use Team Viewer regularly with friends and family so I need to stay updated.

I am using a Gateway M305CRV laptop and running Lite 1.0.8. I do not have a numlock key on my keyboard but I think the numlock is activated. I have to use the FN function key when typing certain letters and numbers otherwise https://creditcardsupportx.com/menards-credit-card/ https://creditcardsupportx.com/qvc-credit-card/ https://creditcardsupportx.com/burlington-credit-card/ https://creditcardsupportx.com/menards-credit-card/ they come out different EG: U=4, I=5, O=6, etc. I've read this is a common problem. The keyboard is now set for default "Cherry Cymotion Master Linus" and I have a 86 key keyboard including the space bar. I see there are a bunch of keyboard layout options in the Settings-Keyboard menu but I don't see mine. Need Help here. NEWBIE to Linux Lite.

I have an old SCSI 50pin drive I would like to attach so I am looking at pci controller cards.  Are there any considerations I need to take into account or should any of them just work?

Before switching to Linux Lite, i had Linux mint.

On both of them the technicians could not install an Epson printer;

They advized me to buy a HP printer  > same impossible to install it.

Even another technician - specialized in Linux - could not install the scanner nor the printer.

So can anyone tell me if there are perfect drivers for installing it on linux Lite ?
