Hi there;

    I have this distro installed as the sole os on my modified Intel Core i3 4010U chrome-box with an Intel Graphics 4000 GPU.  Okay, so my problem is this when I boot the system the inital progress bar is displayed for 3 or 4 seconds then all I see is a black screen.  Upon pressing the power button on my chrome-box, the system shuts down as usual.  I've typed this on my pc for convenience purposes and don't know if I'll be able edit this post to attach the error log later on from my chrome-box, if not it will be in the follow-up post.  Anyway thanks for reading my post and I hope we'll be able to resolve this in a timely manner.

I need a tried and tested way to dual boot Windows 10 and LL .on a Insyde H20 UEFI type bios


I am loosing the will to solve it as anything that can go wrong does go wrong .Even simply writing posts to Forums I have lost my  written Data in 3 ( no now 4 )different ways


If no solutions are forth coming  soon this 2nd new computer is going back for a refund .




I have being trying various  solutions for the most of the last 7 days so I am not prepared to try experimental ideas as I am pig sick of trying ,

fter someone kindly pointed out how to find what Posts I had made I still find in inconvenient to get to it on my 10" screen netbook - I have to scroll down my Profile Page to get to the link.

Is it possible to include it in the sign on list as I often refer to mine as I forget the subject of a posts I want to refer to .

Hello
I find that touching my Touchpad accidentally using Menus and input boxes can cause me all sorts of errors and wrong options being set - leading to frustration when  I was trying to install LL and at other times . I experience problems of the cursor moving after I manage to get it on the correct place if I do not lift my finger straight up .


I doubt if the sensitivity can be adjusted during the setup of LL lite but I hope it can be achieved once LL is being used .


I know how to turn off tapping using the "Mouse and Touchpad" settings app which is prevents accidentally clicking on the wrong option.
But there does not appear to be any method to reduce the sensitivity of the pad to enable me to set it to my preferences.
This option is available in some laptops  using the Windows settings interface .
I suspect it may be dependent on the manufacturers of the pad having drivers that allow the Sensitivity to be adjusted .
Has anyone managed to solve this when using LL

Tried to install google chrome as I really enjoy the voice search on my windows machine Says it installed using the "Lite Software" installation tool ( I have installed it other ways too then un-istalled it same problem though)
