There could be a lot of them, not much place left on the system info page Code: ifconfig -a | sed 's/[ \t].*//;/^\(lo\|\)$/d' Re: Lite Control Center - Suggestions welcomed - avj - 07-19-2015 That's cool, I just didn't get why you guys didn't just show the hardware like in the devices section rather than have another section for internet. I understand sometimes you just have something different in mind than what would seem obvious to others. No big deal. ![]() Re: Lite Control Center - Suggestions welcomed - anon222 - 07-19-2015 Well thanks for suggesting. The more ideas the better. It's going to be too hot today for any software development. ![]() ![]() I'm gonna watch volleyball World League final with France later. By the way, it was an exciting game with USA team yesterday. ![]() https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6kHYOvdabBg As for Control Center grouping of the icons would be a good idea. Especially in the case when there is a lot of them. It would be easier to spot the one you need. It could slow down application start for a few % but the gain may be worth the trip. Re: Lite Control Center - Suggestions welcomed - N4RPS - 07-19-2015 Hello! You people have done a super job on the Control Center! 38 C (100 F) plus high humidity. I know how that feels, man - we've had such conditions in the Southeastern US recently, also. However, that is the normal weather for time of year. I hope you have A/C there, and that it's working as it should! I also hope the teams you're pulling for are victorious... 73 DE N4RPS Rob Re: Lite Control Center - Suggestions welcomed - Shady - 07-19-2015 Couple suggestions 1. The Help icon at top right corners for Desktop, Software, Hardware, and System. How about making it so when you highlight the Help Icon with your cursor, it says Help underneath it. So people know what it is without having to click on it. It does it for the Help icon in the System Information, I suggest it does it for the other tabs also. and 2. How about giving us the option to minimize the Guide section in the Software tab, for people who don't need it. I like that suggestion, I'll add it ![]() Re: Lite Control Center - Suggestions welcomed - Valtam - 07-22-2015 Update: 1.0-0120 Instead of listing all the changes between builds, I'm just going to add the commits link to each announcement so you can read about all of the changes that are happening in development as they occur. Most notable change in this build is the renaming of the 'System Information' tab to 'My Computer'. Thanks for your concern, nothing wrong with electricity here. We use 220-230V 50Hz for everything. sockets are maybe different from the ones you have in US ![]() As for Volleyball, I fell asleep and slept over the game and they lost. Haha, I missed the chance to send them positive energy ![]() Re: Lite Control Center - Suggestions welcomed - N4RPS - 07-22-2015 Hello! I think I've managed to get everyone way off-topic again, so I've made my response private. Nothing drives sysops crazy more than going off-topic does... 73 DE N4RPS Rob Re: Lite Control Center - Suggestions welcomed - Valtam - 07-23-2015 We're looking to use a contrasting background to help seperate the different sections of the Lite Control Center.
