No problem... It was off the top of my head...
Also I remember Lite Cleaner includes an option now to remove Kernels

You just need to change this line autologin-user=username
Change username to the user name you whish to use to auto login.
This command prtints your current user name:

Thank you both of you, for posting the issue and the answer. I had exactly the same oriblem and missing folder (out of fresh install) and Misko's instructions did the job.

I have today for the first time installed Linux Lite 2.8 64Bit Final, when I start the computer it logged´s me in automatically.
I do not want to get logged in automatically.

I clicked in the Menu/System/Login Settings/Disable Autologin and got this error message: "Disable Autologin has not been applied"

I also clicked in the Menu/System/Login Settings/Enable Autologin and got this error message: "Enable Autologin has not been applied"

This is not a final version.
