I have problem with playing any kind of sound on linux lite.
I am using acer aspire one, system info in attachments..

It looks like you have installed the Ubuntu Restricted Extras.
I have experienced stuttering on a similarly spec'd machine with YouTube videos. I'm willing to be proven wrong, but I think the 1.33GHz single core, dual threaded, 32-bit processor might be the limitation. Linux Lite is very light. But you might be better served booting up to an LXDE based distro like PeppermintOS, LXLE, or Lubuntu. See how one of them performs using a Live ISO.

yes i installed restricted extras,actually i tried almost everything on page with sound problems.
i am noob for installing OS so that thing i will let to professionals...

Is it online sound only, or does an mp3 in your music folder stutter when played also ?

on youtube,on facebook, on mp3,on video,on movies....even system sound is stuttering

Is it a ssd drive and who makes it. I ask because one of my atom netbooks will have the sound stutter because of the ssd brand name.
Exact link to what ssd drive is in is needed if you have one in it.
Also. If you move the mouse pointer. Does the stutter go away?

no,i don't have SSD,i tried to move mouse but stuttering is constant
