Updating packages stopped - Roman - 10-15-2021

Hello everyone,
Some time a perfect updating process stopped working. Instead it generates the following message:

Install Updates could not fetch the package cache information lists.

Try removing the PPA for solaar..

PPA Removal: Uncheck the offending PPA from "Software and Updates" under the "Other Software" tab..
Then rerun updates
