Above didn't solve the problem I've got with the update. Here comes my error log:

Did you enter with the key string from your error?
you should and you can copy/paste this into the terminal...

sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys 78BD65473CB3BD13It should prompt for a password - enter it (you will not see an output on screen) hit enter

This the gpg keys for your google earth that you are missing.
Be sure to use the Command line key installation for APT .
