3.19 Linux Lite kernel is now available for 32 & 64bit machines.

Open a terminal and do:

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install linux-headers-linuxlite-3.19.0 linux-image-linuxlite-3.19.0 -y

Ignore any errors in the terminal.

On a Lenovo T430:
( will mostly cause issues with display driver/free intel/  and power management - /sreensaver - display sleep and so on/  and shutdown process sometimes goes to sleap instead)
