Putin's internet guru says 'nyet' to Windows, 'da' to desktop Linux

Well...... knowing that the price for a barrel of crude oil is at a very low point and knowing that the Russian government came with a financial plan/forecast/estimate at the end of last year based on 50 Dollar per barrel crude oil which today is just around 30 Dollar..... they have to cut down expenses somewhere! And knowing that Microsoft are handle a very high price for licenses..... Linux is cheap!
