actually that is the reason why I didnt want to reply in first. Because i feel its OK if someone is offended by speaking too loud, but when somebody complains about capital letters and calls an honest opinion(or if you want so critics) a rant,
i consider the discussion is going into a direction where i may be insulted if going on, writing my honest opinion.
but I thought a bit about it and as it is free software i consider I will have to contribute to keep it that way.
I have now crammed around my whole house and played "musical chairs" with the displays in my house so i dont have to worry about that any more.
as i said, there should be a more simple solution then tinkering around with outputs of analysis tools. but if you feel like, give it a go:

But as I said, i already played "musical chairs" with my displays so the display that stood here formerly, is now in "screwdriver heaven"... so i guess, this output will not lead you anywhere...
Again i could do like it is suggested here: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1112186 but i better invest my time in my dog now, because i gave up 2 days on tinkering around already.
and i only can repeat: I just dont see it, that there would be the need to do all this manually.
-- next thing> I already had the current display set-up configured, like with the monitor settings tool (linux lite control center)... and was really lucky.
but, it looks like the settings got reset when i booted up an hour ago.( the screens were in mirror mode again)
I will report if the settings reset themselves again.(in this thread)
btw, it is a shame that you did not pick up the compliment and referred to this as a shout/rant. If you still feel that i am shouting plz let me now. than i will write the next answer more like a telegram.
