plan upgrade from 3.0 to 3.2

Move to Installing Linux Lite.

There has been a misunderstanding with a number of users in regard to upgrade within a series. Despite it's harmless approach, some people still think it's a form of intrusion, and unsolicited. As such, we'll go back to the previous way of upgrading, which will be by choice (see the last slide of 3.2 Beta for info).
