Will this work well with Linux Lite? (New Computer Build)
#8
Hi All

Bit late to the replies but here we go.  The only problem you may encounter, is getting the LIVE USB's to run in the first place.  I always have to use NOMODESET on the end of the Linux line in grub to get a screen to display.  Once installed, fully updated, rebooted and Nvidia proprietary graphics drivers installed everything runs sweet.  BUT until those graphics drivers are installed you may have issues.

I would really be interested if anyone has a permanent solution to this because Nouveau drivers simply don't work with my Skylake setup, without NOMODESET out of the box

my specs
