Throwing a plugged nickle in..
You can install LL to SD card - the faster the better... I have LL installed on SD on my Kangaroo in my sig. It performs well believe it or not; but you will feel a slow card. Dual booting w/ W10 on the the internal..
I also have a "Winbook" tablet which looks very similar to the tablet you posted with SD and USB... The problem with mine is BIOS getting it to boot to another other than internal, there are a few hoops. Then even if so, I would need to modify the install with a 32-bit EFI bootloader, again its possible..
As Jerry mentions google it; you want to know the full process and your comfort level before you find yourself with a tablet and no OS...
Try googling your table and linux to see if anyone has attempted specifically on your model prior..
example in my case: winbook linux or linux on winbook tw700

FWIW... The Specs are identical... Except display on mine is 7 and 8 on the one you posted... But believe Winbook had 7, 8 and 10 inch displays....
