Lite Tweaks > Kernel Installer, you may have to choose at boot - from Grub choose advanced options select 4.13 continue boot... Test... If no difference can try others, to go back to 4.15 -- from Grub choose advanced options select 4.15

I did a fresh install. It was a pretty new install, so this was easier. But back to no HDMI with nomodeset Sad
