I don't think this was meant as satire unfortunately.
Taking the Smallflacid Wink looks/wallpaper and selling them is sure to get a "cease and desist" letter in the least, a lawsuit in worst case scenario.

Using them (maybe just Windows 7 and prior?) without profit seems an "accepted" scenario.
