NEW DEVELOPMENT COMPUTER FUNDRAISER

As the title suggests, it is time to buy a new computer. The one I currently have simply is not productive anymore. It doesn't even have USB3
It's an old HP Z800, which was a great workhorse in its day, but these days it is becoming less and less productive as time goes on.

For the new PC, I have deliberately chosen parts that will take me from cruising speed to light speed in terms of compiling code, accessing files, building and testing VM's and multi-tasking, compiling kernels, to mention the main requirements.
