LL not recognizing a specific USB stick

After removing and reinserting, it no longer recognizes it. It's becoming sort of amusing. :-)

I would make sure that USB port and USB stick both are working fine first; try another USB stick, another port, I mean, if you haven't already. If  neither the USB port nor the USB stick is the problem, I would try LL in a Live USB and see if the problem occurs there too and depending on whether it happens or not... well, that's all I get for now.
