I'd stick to 5.15.0-71 if it is working. Unless there is definitive evidence of a 5.15.0 kernel related problem, I wouldn't consider switching revisions.
There have been a couple of kernel patches recently (-70 and -71), so you could consider dropping back to patch -69 if you still have it handy, though the fact that it is currently working on -71 suggests that something else might be involved.
I've only once had an issue with a kernel patch and had to revert to an earlier patch. The next patch was good.
