Unfortunately the forum is blocking me from directly posting the commands needed.
In order to get round this I can only suggest actions. sorry for this.
It's difficult to know exactly what state your system is in but /boot has very little free space.
Lack of space here may be causing the mkinitramfs utility to fail when it is dealing with the kernel upgrade that was attempted in the first post.
If the system boots OK, you can try to free up some space on /boot.
To check the system for unused software and dependencies and offer to remove them.
You need to run the command which is in reply 3 of this thread in the line "Verwenden Sie » «, um sie zu entfernen."
Enter your password if required.
Check the list. It should include at least two old kernels (not including the current one).
If you are happy to allow the autoremove to clean up the old kernels confirm the action and monitor the screen for any errors.
If there are errors reported post back with the details.
If the autoremove completes without errors, redo the command in reply 4 which shows "Avail" space on /dev/sda1
Recheck the line for /dev/sda1 - you are looking for around 200 or 300Mbytes free.
Then re-try the update/upgrade sequence.
