I'd like to suggest:

1- add separators above 'Change UI Theme' and below 'Change Icon Theme'

2- move 'Remove Theme' up under 'Install New Theme'

3- add a link to the help manual section

4- remove 'Select an option' from the list as already mentioned above


What's the difference between 'Exit' and 'Cancel'?
