Install Updates - multiple repository issues

I just ran "INstall Updates" for Linux Lite. Unfortunately, I am still seeing the errors. Still not sure what menu you are refering to. Plus, since the last time we spoke, I have removed "SkypeforLinux". See screenshot. Here is the copied and pasted text:

1. What program do I need to open to gain access to the "menu" you mentioned in your response?
2. Is there any other applications I need to open to follow the steps in your strategy?
