Linux Lite 7.6 RC1 Released

Thank for the release.
Boot and installations work fine with a dd or etcher created stick. A USB stick made with mintstick crashed with a kernel error when booting my test machine.

First impression is that there are some issues with '7.4' appearing where I'd expect to see '7.6 RC1'. Don't remember other RC releases being like this. In a test release I suspect it is just cosmetic.
