Hello,
I have installed latest version of LiteOS in my VirtualBox machine as guest. When I'm online, everything is OK, but when I'm offline, time is slow.
For example: When I start virtual machine at 7:30 and I look to time after 10 minutes, on my host is 7:40, but on guest (LiteOS) is 7:38. After next 10 minutes on host is 7:50 and on guest (LiteOS) is 7:47...
Thank you.

I have a older PC who is running on Win10.
It is very slow and i would like to install and use Linux Lite.
My PC spec: 2.66GHz CPU ; 2GB RAM ; 200GB Free Memory ; Integrated Intel Graphic Card ;
I have problem with my DELL motherboard, I forgot my admin password.
Without it, I can't download and use Linux Lite.
I want to know does Linux Lite has some MediaCreation Tool, to download OS while using OS.

Now, this is fiction, but perhaps interesting to an OS engineers and enthusiasts. We speak of a game, called Eye of Ra, available HERE. It is a space station, space telescope, as well as the Solar System defense space cannon simulator, topped with impressive layer of intelligence on actual, as well as fictional astronomical objects. We speak of science-fiction, the future of mankind, when the Solar System is already significantly colonized. The game is a quasi meditative, immersive, mostly learning kind of experience, interrupted with sequences of precision and action. It could be boring to some, but for a simulator that it is, I think it does nice. For the challenge, perhaps operate only through the Terminal!

| Slow LAN Speed in LL |

Hi all,
my local LAN is slow in Linux Lite.
My system:
CPU: Ryzen 7 on Gigabyte board, 3 Gb RAM, onbard LAN card is classical 1 Gb.
And
CPU: Intel I5 3 Ghz, same as above
And...
It shouldn't matter much as I meet this problem on a few machines of more or less this class.
The test has been run on the same computers, once with LL, once with Windows.
My problem:
The speed of transfers is slow.
From (any used here) computer to a Synology NAS (Jumbo packet 9Kb enabled) 1 Gb LAN speed
The numbers:
* LL (no tweak)
Speed up/down is ~25 Kb/s
* Windows 7/10 (Jumbo packet 9Kb enabled)
Speed up/down is ~60 Kb/s
* Windows 7/10 (NO Jumbo packet)
Speed up/down is ~35 Kb/s
The transfer of large file becomes very (too very) long under LL.
There is something to be done in the LL configuration, I think.
Thank you for reading this.

The logo of Linux Lite apparently is a feather, signifying being lightweight, also birdlike free as with the notion of freedom. But this feather could also be associated with a certain popular myth, that of the Phoenix or the Firebird. It is claimed that a man who has managed to gain possession over a piece of feather of the said mythological creature, was granted particular luck in future endeavors.

E: Repository 'http://ppa.launchpad.net/otto-kesselgulasch/gimp/ubuntu bionic InRelease' changed its 'Label' value from 'gimp' to 'gimp stable'
Please help me correct this. I am not very tech-wise. Thanks.
