That list doesn't explain why the canonical archive and cdrom repositories are causing problems when you try the update/upgrade process. I would try a fresh start - it may be quicker than trying to untangle what has happened.
Is your system a dual or multi boot set up ?
If yes, then please can you explain what OS you have and the methods you used when installing Linux Lite 7.4
If the system is Linux Lite 7.4 only
Boot from your 7.4 Live media - do not attempt update at this stage
Install Linux Lite to your system using the erase disk - uncheck the download updates option
On successful completion, at 'Please Remove installation media' screen, remove the media and power off with long press of the power button.
Reboot, sign in and connect to the Internet.
Then attempt to update/upgrade and report back.
